Bybit is seeking an accomplished operations leader to own and drive the European customer experience. You will define the European operational strategy, oversee AML/AFC, customer services, payments and MiFID operations, and manage external partners to reduce risk and cost while scaling across regions.

The role requires a track record of leading large, international teams and deep knowledge of European regulatory frameworks to support a fast-growing cryptocurrency platform.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in financial services with executive leadership.
