Job summary

Bybit EU is seeking a Head of Commercial/Business Development to lead European commercial strategy, market expansion and revenue growth across regulated digital asset services. Reporting to the EU Group CEO, you’ll manage Country Managers, in-country BD, KOL, VIP relationships and community teams, driving growth in multiple markets with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in commercial leadership, business development, sales or market expansion, including executive experience in crypto/fintech/trading or financial services.
• Proven experience leading multi-country commercial organisations and delivering revenue growth across European markets.
• Strong understanding of crypto trading, digital assets, derivatives and financial services customer segments.
• Experience managing Country Managers, business development teams and international commercial operations.
• Experience developing KOL, affiliate, community and strategic partnership networks within crypto/trading ecosystems.
• Proven ability in VIP relationship management and high-value customer acquisition and retention.
• Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the European commercial strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Own commercial targets, revenue growth, trading volumes, customer acquisition and market expansion.
• Identify strategic growth opportunities across retail, active trader, VIP and institutional segments.
• Drive commercial performance through market-specific strategies, resource allocation and KPIs.
• Lead European Country Management function and country-specific growth plans.
• Oversee in-country commercial activities including business development, partnerships, KOL engagement, VIP relationships and community management.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to develop market-relevant propositions and campaigns.
• Establish governance over budgets, forecasts, revenue reporting and performance metrics.
