Boston Institute of Biotechnology, LLC is seeking an Associate Director/Director of Business Development & Sales to drive European BD activities from a remote/field-based position.

The role requires a hunter mentality, outstanding relationship-building with senior decision-makers, and a track record of closing complex biotech/pharma deals across Europe. Occasional travel to BIB offices may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in BD/sales within biotechnology/biopharmaceuticals.
• Experience selling complex biotech/biopharma services; CRO/CMO/CDMO a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences; advanced degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Identify and convert new European business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop strategic accounts and maintain relationships with decision-makers across biotech/pharma.
• Lead presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close complex commercial deals.
• Collaborate with R&D, CMC, Operations, and Marketing to tailor customer solutions.
