Job summary

Veeva is seeking a Senior Director, Product Management for EU to lead Nitro in Europe, shaping the roadmap for an AI-native data platform that turns life sciences data into actionable insights for non-technical commercial teams.

You will partner with engineering, legal, and compliance to meet GDPR and EMA requirements, govern data residency, and win in Europe, working from a remote-first, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with enterprise SaaS or data platforms.
• Deep life sciences commercial, medical, and regulatory expertise including HCP/HCO data.
• Strong understanding of European regulatory and data privacy requirements (GDPR, data residency, EMA).
• Hands-on product experience with AI/ML, analytics, or data platforms.
• Customer obsession with understanding workflows, frustrations, and success definitions.
• Data-driven: set clear success metrics and use data to prioritize and report outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead executive customer conversations and translate them into product direction.
• Execution: comfortable influencing across globally distributed, remote-first teams.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; equivalent experience considered

Responsibilities

• Own EU customer relationship pipeline from discovery interviews to exec briefings.
• Set priorities for the EU engineering workstream and own outcomes of those features.
• Ensure GDPR, data residency, and EMA compliance translate into a competitive product.
• Partner with sales/services to position Nitro and accelerate time-to-value for new customers.
• Know the EU competitive landscape and use it to influence product strategy.
• Push AI-native capabilities that meet commercial needs and are understood by customers and engineering.
• Connect engineering, legal, security, compliance, services, and consulting across EU commitments.
• Represent EU market to leadership with a clear investment and change plan.
