Veeva is seeking a Principal Consultant for the EU Analytics practice to transform how life sciences companies work with technology, data, and AI. You will guide operating models, drive organizational change, and measure tangible business value.

You will scale the EU Analytics practice, directing integrated consultant and data scientist teams to deliver business impact and collaborating with Product and Sales leadership to ensure a unified approach to large-scale data-driven transformations.

Competenze

• 8+ years of Life Sciences Consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred)
• Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements
• Deep domain knowledge in Commercial Excellence, Pharma Operating Models, Advanced Analytics, Large-scale Data Strategy, and AI/ML applications

• Lead as the Project Master for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects, with accountability across multiple teams
• Drive Strategic Growth by architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M+
