Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. seeks an exceptional Senior Director of Product Management for the EU region to lead Nitro's AI-native data platform strategy in Europe.

You will advocate for EU customers across multi-country markets, align the roadmap with global teams, and deliver compliant, data-driven features that empower pharma commercial teams. This is a high-visibility role requiring strategic leadership and execution in a remote-first, global enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with enterprise SaaS or data platforms.
• Deep life sciences commercial and regulatory expertise incl. HCP/HCO data, Rx data.
• Strong understanding of EU markets, data privacy, GDPR, EMA.
• Hands-on AI/ML, analytics, or data platform experience.
• Proven ability to lead executive customer conversations.
• Data-driven with clear success metrics.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• EU customer discovery & advocacy: own EU feedback loop from interviews to exec briefings.
• EU product delivery: set priorities for EU engineering workstream and own outcomes.
• Regulatory & data compliance: ensure GDPR, data residency, EMA compliance in Europe.
• Go-to-Market partnership: participate in EU deals and accelerate value for new customers.
• Market intelligence: track EU regulatory landscape and data ecosystem to influence strategy.
• AI-native leadership: push AI-native analytics capabilities in EU context.
• Cross-functional collaboration: connect engineering, legal, security, compliance, services across EU commitments.
• Executive alignment: represent EU perspective to leadership with investment and changes.
