Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Clinical Operations, Europe, to drive customer success across the Veeva Clinical Operations family. You will champion product enhancements, translate customer needs into requirements, and collaborate with global teams to deliver AI-enabled clinical operations capabilities.

You will build relationships with key users, lead education efforts, and stay aligned with the product roadmap while advocating for customers in a fast-growing SaaS

Qualifications

5+ years in Clinical Operations space, in PM/consulting/implementation.
Translate business requirements to product requirements for business and technical stakeholders.
Experience communicating product vision, specs and roadmaps to diverse audiences.
Experience engaging with customers in-person and remote including product demos.

Responsibilities

Be the product evangelist for Veeva Clinical Operations products.
Champion product enhancements and stay current with the AI roadmap.
Provide education to customers and internal teams in various forums.
Capture feedback and feed into release planning and product iterations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver content and resources.
