Job summary

Recru, LLC. is seeking an experienced IT/ETRM Production Support Analyst to ensure smooth transition from Aligne to Orchestrate. You will provide daily support to the Orchestrate ETRM system, troubleshoot issues, and assist with UAT, test execution, and defect tracking for the Front/Middle Office users.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are required, with a background in power/renewables markets a plus. A bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with ETRM systems (Aligne, Orchestrate, Endur, RightAngle, etc.)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

• Provide daily production support for the Orchestrate ETRM system
• Troubleshoot system and data issues; elevate as needed
• Assist with UAT, test execution, and defect tracking
• Support Middle Office, Back Office, and Accounting users
• Maintain reference data, configuration items, and process documentation
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and follow‑ups
• Maintain requirement logs, change logs, and decision registers
• Prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and track action items
• Assist the Senior Business Analyst with analysis, validation, and training materials
