Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking an ETRM Support Analyst for a contract role in Houston, Texas. This hands-on position supports the transition from Aligne to Orchestrate, offering daily operational support for the ETRM system.

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree, strong analytical skills, and experience in ETRM systems. The position offers hybrid work options and the chance to work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ETRM systems is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile or project-based environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily production and operational support for the Orchestrate ETRM system.
• Troubleshoot system, process, and data issues.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing including test execution.
