Job summary

Recru, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to support an ETRM implementation, guiding a large transformation from Aligne to Orchestrate. You will collaborate with Trading, Risk, Middle Office, Back Office and Accounting to capture requirements and document processes, driving platform adoption.

Responsibilities include developing user stories and functional specs, coordinating UAT, validating data, and shaping testing scenarios.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting ETRM/CTRM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Aligne reporting or back-office modules.
• Experience on ETRM implementations, migrations, or major enhancements.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes, settlements, accounting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Energy trading industry experience, preferably within power, renewables, or ISO markets.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to define future-state processes.
• Analyze current Aligne workflows and support transition to Orchestrate.
• Develop process documentation, user stories, functional specifications, and test scenarios.
• Coordinate UAT activities, including test execution, defect tracking, and validation.
• Assist with data validation, reporting requirements, settlements, and operational workflows.
• Support training, change management, and user adoption activities.
