Job summary

Recru, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to support an ETRM implementation, guiding a large transformation from Aligne to Orchestrate. You will collaborate with Trading, Risk, Middle Office, Back Office and Accounting to capture requirements and document processes, driving platform adoption.

Responsibilities include developing user stories and functional specs, coordinating UAT, validating data, and shaping testing scenarios.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting ETRM/CTRM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Aligne reporting or back-office modules.
• Experience on ETRM implementations, migrations, or major enhancements.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes, settlements, accounting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Energy trading industry experience, preferably within power, renewables, or ISO markets.

Business Analyst - ETRM implementation supporting a large-scale transformation from Aligne to Orchestrate. Works with stakeholders across Trading, Risk, Middle Office, Back Office, and Accounting to gather requirements, document processes, and drive successful platform adoption. Provides analytical and documentation support throughout the change journey.

Key Responsibilities:
