Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to drive engineered-to-order and custom projects from order acceptance to shipment and closeout. You will coordinate Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales to meet customer requirements, schedules, and budgets.

The role demands strong leadership in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment, risk management, and process improvement across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, testing, and customer requirements through the lifecycle of an order.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, IFS, JD Edwards, Oracle) is preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams from project scoping and order handoff through delivery and closeout of all project objectives.
• Establish and maintain an effective meeting and operating cadence for team alignment and accountability.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Applications Engineering, and Sales.
• Guide Applications Engineers for proposal development, order handoff, and SOP compliance.
• Drive timely resolution of risks and issues to protect project commitments.
