Job summary

CIRCOR International is seeking a Supply Chain Expeditor for Pumps to manage daily supplier follow-ups, maintain delivery status, and support production commitments. You will work between Procurement, Planning, and Supplier Quality to ensure timely deliveries and strong supplier accountability.

The role requires ERP/MRP familiarity, strong Excel skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Epicor, Oracle, IFS, Infor, Dynamics, or similar).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both internally and with suppliers.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Execute supplier follow-up and delivery management to confirm dates and adherence to PO commitments.
Identify late or at-risk deliveries and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate supplier delivery status in ERP systems; assist in reporting late orders and shortages.
Support supplier communication and accountability; coordinate with quality and buyers when issues arise.
Collaborate with Planning and Production Control to align material availability with production schedules.
Follow expediting standard work and maintain organized records of communications and actions.
Assist in supplier performance tracking and contribute to root-cause discussions as directed.
Support program and compliance requirements ensuring documentation and traceability.
