Job summary

For the Warren, MA facility, CIRCOR Aerospace & Defense seeks a Senior Project Engineer to oversee complex engineering programs from concept through completion. You will chair design reviews, coordinate external and internal customer interactions, and guide project plans and schedules.

The role includes performing some design engineering tasks, supporting budgets and forecasts, and coordinating ECR/ECN activities to keep programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Overseeing the technical aspects of complex engineering projects from conception to completion, including design, development, testing and implementation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all external customer technical matters and lead technical update meetings with internal and external customers.
• Schedule design reviews, ensure Engineering Change Requests and Notices are worked, and update project plans.
• Must be capable of performing some design engineering work.

Responsibilities

• Complex customer engagement (internal and external customers).
• Written and verbal communication internally and externally.
• Create, complete, and manage New Product Development project schedules (Gantt charts).
• Resource & Milestone planning.
• Support Senior Director, Chief Engineer and Program Managers in tracking budgets and forecast to complete (on time, on budget).
• Engineering Change Request and Notice (ECR/ECN) coordination and some processing.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Principal contact for design engineering for internal cross

• Pay or shift range: $100,000 USD to $148,933 USD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER

Position Summary
