Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc. is seeking a Staff Project Engineer to oversee the technical aspects of complex engineering projects from conception to completion.

You will lead a team of engineers, engage with external customers, and drive design reviews and project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The role requires manufacturing knowledge, design engineering experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with management on task or project progress, challenges, solutions, and requests for support.
• Self-starter, organized, thorough and meticulous, able to work under pressure to ensure quality and delivery.
• Knowledge of PMBOK techniques a plus, manufacturing concepts, practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical aspects of complex engineering projects from conception to completion, including design, development, testing and implementation.
• Serve as the primary contact for external customer technical matters and lead technical update meetings.
• Schedule design reviews, manage ECR/ECN coordination and update project plans.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and provide guidance for cross-functional teams.
