Job summary

TruGreen is seeking an Ethics Investigator to support compliance governance across the organization. Under the Associate General Counsel, you will conduct fact-finding investigations, document findings, and communicate results to stakeholders.

You will analyze trends, develop training, edit policies, and partner with Legal and HR to improve policies and mitigate risk. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of ethics/compliance experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 3-5 years experience in ethics/compliance program management, HR investigations, loss prevention, or similar compliance-related role required.
• Legal experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs and case management database systems.

Responsibilities

• Conducts fact-finding for complex investigations of compliance allegations.
• Analyzes, prepares, and provides metrics and reports to leadership.
• Provides training and communication regarding substantive compliance areas.
• Reviews and edits enterprise policies; identifies gaps and solutions.
• Assists in other compliance areas (screening, leave management).
• Participates in corporate projects related to ethics and compliance.
