Job summary

TruGreen is seeking an Ethics Investigator to conduct fact-finding investigations for compliance concerns and to document findings for stakeholders. You will analyze trends, prepare reports, and support training and policy development with Legal and HR teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in ethics/compliance, with strong written and verbal communication, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3–5 years experience in ethics/compliance program management, HR investigations, loss prevention, or similar compliance-related role; legal experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; case management databases.

Responsibilities

• Conducts fact-finding for complex investigations of compliance allegations and conflicts of interest.
• Analyzes, prepares, and reports metrics to leadership and identifies risk areas and improvement strategies.
• Provides training and communication on substantive compliance areas with HR and Legal.
• Reviews and edits enterprise policies; identifies gaps and recommends solutions.
• Assists in other compliance areas such as screening, leave management, and policy maintenance.
• Participates in corporate projects related to ethics and compliance initiatives.
