Job summary

TriNet in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Lead Corporate Ethics and Compliance Program Manager to oversee investigations, disclosures, and policy governance within the BC&E team. The role requires leading complex investigations and advising senior management to strengthen ethical culture.

You will partner with Legal, Internal Audit, and the People team to enhance compliance programs, train staff, and monitor enterprise-wide ethics initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and high professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; JD preferred.
• 8+ years in corporate ethics and compliance investigations and program support.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state laws and governance best practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication; high ethical standards.
• Ability to work independently on complex investigations and programs.

Responsibilities

• Review, respond, and triage questions/concerns of varying complexity promptly.
• Review disclosures regarding gifts, entertainment, and conflicts of interest.
• Lead investigations into misconduct, fraud, or non-compliance with thorough analysis.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and electronic evidence with privacy in mind.
• Conduct witness interviews, document findings, and prepare detailed reports.
• Perform root cause analysis to strengthen controls and prevent recurrence.
• Support annual Code refresh and training, and contribute to BC&E communications.
• Manage BC&E case management system and ethics ambassadors program.
• Collaborate with People, Legal, Internal Audit, and Senior Management on ethics matters.
