HCA Healthcare is looking for a Manager to lead the Ethics Line investigations, overseeing intake, planning, and execution of internal investigations. You will supervise case coordinators, coordinate with diverse teams (HR, Legal, Information Security), and ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution.

The role involves preparing executive summaries, maintaining data integrity in the case system, and presenting findings to leadership.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree required.
Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in law, regulatory compliance, or internal investigations in matrix organization.

Manages internal investigations of ethics or compliance concerns reported or referred to the HCA Healthcare Ethics Line.
Provides direct supervision of case coordinator or other support staff.
Reviews initial intake report of concerns and determines information needs to develop an investigative plan.
Conducts initial interview of the individual reporting a concern to determine scope.
Prepares investigation plans and assigns cases to appropriate investigators; monitors timely completion and quality of outcomes.
Documents investigation activity and outcomes in the case management system; drafts reports, summaries and closing memoranda.
