TriStar Skyline Medical Center is seeking an Ethics & Compliance Director to lead the facility's ethics program and drive a culture of integrity across the organization. You will report to the hospital CEO and collaborate with senior leadership, physicians, and external stakeholders to advance compliant practices.

The role emphasizes investigations, training, policy enforcement, and collaboration with the board to sustain regulatory and ethical standards for patients and staff alike.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred for leadership roles.
• 3–5 years of related experience in ethics, compliance, or risk management.
• Proven ability to lead investigations and develop compliant processes.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all aspects of the Ethics and Compliance Program at the facility.
• Lead ethics investigations and ensure no retaliation for good faith reporting.
• Coordinate training and monitor compliance with policies and HIPAA rules.
• Interface with the facility board and senior leadership on compliance matters.
• Review vendor contracts and government contract compliance as needed.
• Identify ethics trends and drive corrective actions across the organization.
