You will supervise investigations, monitor data quality, develop dashboards, and guide team members to uphold governance standards across a fast‑moving energy company.

This role partners with IT and vendors, drives continuous improvement, and reports to leadership on program effectiveness, risk, and trends.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily reporting, case management, and issue resolution—from intake to closure.
• Develops and maintains processes and standards to support consistency and quality.
• Reviews complex matters and provides guidance or escalation per policies.
• Ensures compliance with policies, governance, and regulatory standards; suggests improvements.
• Develops reports, dashboards, and metrics to support decision‑making and oversight.
• Monitors data quality and recordkeeping to support accurate reporting.
• Oversees and develops team members, manages workload and priorities.
