Job summary

Sempra Infrastructure Partners, LP is seeking a Sr. Supervisor for Business Ethics and Compliance. The role oversees investigations, policy implementation, and data reporting to ensure ethical operations across the organization.

You will lead a team, develop processes, and support regulatory adherence in a high‑caliber, hybrid work environment in Southern California. The position requires a 4‑year degree, 5+ years of related experience, and relocation flexibility if needed.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4 year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Must reside in Southern California or be willing to relocate upon hire.
• Experience in risk and compliance or HR is preferred.
• Experience with data dashboards and complex data management is valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of ethics and compliance processes, including intake, case management, and escalation.
• Develop and maintain operational processes, standards and dashboards to support decision making.
• Review complex matters and provide guidance in line with policies and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards; drive improvements.
• Promote data quality, reporting, and effective communication to stakeholders.
