Job summary

Exelon Corporation seeks a senior executive to lead the Compliance & Ethics program across the enterprise, ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and the Code of Business Conduct. This role partners with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, Security, and Safety to promote a culture of compliance across all operating companies.

The VP will oversee NERC and TSA Gas compliance, ethics investigations, and board reporting, while coaching a high‑performing team and aligning governance with enterprise strategy.

Qualifications

• JD or LLB required; 15+ years in ethics/compliance
• Proven experience with internal investigations
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise ethics and compliance standards and policies.
• Provide training, communications, and counseling on compliance matters.
• Oversee interactions with public officials and regulatory requirements.
• Lead NERC and TSA Gas compliance activities and legal support.
• Manage ethics reporting, investigations, and risk assessments.
• Report to executive management and the Board on program status.
