Qualifications

• Experience conducting ethics & compliance program assessments for large multinational organizations.
• Ability to apply DOJ ECCP guidance as an assessment framework.
• Independent execution with cross-functional stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute an evidence-based maturity assessment of ethics and compliance programs.
• Conduct interviews, document reviews, and gap analysis with root cause identification.
• Produce executive-level reports and a prioritized improvement roadmap.
