Job summary

Uberlife Consulting seeks a seasoned ethics professional to lead and strengthen ethics objectives across the organization. You will drive investigations, oversee whistleblowing processes, and ensure supplier compliance programs meet global standards with senior leadership visibility.

Responsibilities include embedding an ethics culture with divisional leaders, delivering reports to the Board, and proactively identifying risks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in internal controls, risk management, or internal audit.
• Strong investigation skills for sensitive matters.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to simplify complex issues and influence at all levels.
• Self-starter with prioritization and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver organizational ethics and speak up objectives.
• Partner with divisional/functional leadership to embed ethics culture.
• Manage investigations end-to-end, ensuring timely outcomes and follow-up actions.
• Prepare reports and insights for senior stakeholders including Board and leadership teams.
• Identify ethical risks proactively and mitigate them using cross-functional collaboration and technology.
• Review and monitor supplier code programs in line with strategic plans.
• Resolve compliance issues post audits and investigations.
• Provide guidelines and communication support to procurement teams.
• Anticipate high-risk suppliers/countries/issues and report periodically to senior stakeholders.
• Drive improvements in digital tools for supplier code monitoring and alerts.
• Support Group Internal Audit on risk and ethics matters.
• Manage fraud risk reporting, resolution, and action planning.
