Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of internal investigations experience in legal, consulting, audit, or risk management.
• International experience and language skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct internal investigations across LinkedIn, enhancing organizational justice.
• Monitor Integrity Helpline and channels to ensure timely, compliant issue resolution.
• Socialize learnings with leadership to support remediation and culture of integrity.
• Lead governance frameworks and action plans in response to investigations and audits.
• Develop communications for leadership on compliance priorities and program effectiveness.
• Travel internationally as needed and accommodate flexible work arrangements.
