Job summary

Uber is seeking a Senior Director, Global Platform Integrity to lead a global customer advocacy strategy across Safety, Identity, Risk, Payments, Compliance and Customer Actioning. This role focuses on building and operating systems that prevent issues and treat customers fairly at scale.

You will set strategy for global evolution, align people, process, data, automation and AI, and partner with Product, Engineering and Policy to translate insights into better products and prevention.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in operations, risk or platform integrity.
• Proven ability to set strategy across product, engineering and policy.
• Deep understanding of large-scale support operations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Set global vision and multi-year roadmap for Platform Integrity across key domains.
• Lead a global organization ensuring safety, compliance and trusted user experiences.
• Own end-to-end operating model across proactive support, triage, investigation and resolution.
• Define performance framework balancing outcomes, quality and risk reduction.
• Build a high-performing leadership team with clear accountability.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Data Science to reduce defects and inform roadmaps.
• Drive automation, AI and self-service with appropriate human oversight.
• Establish governance and global standards for workflow design and regulatory compliance.
