Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration and operations of the global Ethics & Compliance program.
• Administer third-party risk management workflow, screening, and records.
• Serve as point of contact for ethics questions and investigations, maintaining confidentiality.
• Own policy ownership, revision, and attestation program.
• Track trends, prepare metrics and reports for leadership and Board.
• Support data privacy initiatives and respond to privacy inquiries.
