Job summary

CME Group is seeking a Manager, Corporate Compliance to support the Governance, Risk and Compliance function in Chicago. This role partners with the Executive Director and Deputy Corporate Compliance Officer to draft policies, design training, operate the CMS, and coordinate annual communications and training calendars.

Responsibilities include maintaining the compliance intranet, developing training modules (Code of Conduct, AML, Anti-Bribery), and supporting internal/external assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years in compliance, legal, audit, risk or tech in a regulated multinational.
• Strong client management skills with ability to engage stakeholders across levels and geographies.
• Analytical mindset with attention to regulatory detail and practical application of requirements.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication, and independent work ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the current compliance management system and maintain intranet content.
• Develop annual training and communication strategy for corporate and regulatory compliance.
• Design and continuously improve engaging e-learning modules on Code of Conduct, AML and ABAC.
• Support assessments, audits and regulatory exams; coordinate with internal teams.
• Use data to identify policy and control improvements and generate reporting.
• Coordinate with Corporate Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, HR and GIS; support monitoring/audit activities.
