Job summary

McKinsey & Company seeks an experienced Ethics and Compliance leader to identify and mitigate E&C risks across Telecom, Media & Technology client engagements. You will monitor day-to-day activities, ensure compliance with contractual terms, and help shape policies and training.

The role collaborates with Legal, Risk, and regulatory experts and supports regional integrity initiatives. You will be based in the United States or Europe within McKinsey's E&C function and Sector Compliance pillar,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees and/ or certifications preferred (e.g., JD or CPA).
7+ years in Telecom, Media & Technology with consulting/background in risk and regulatory compliance.
5+ years building and guiding holistic E&C programs in Telecom/Media & Technology.
Knowledge of laws/regulations relevant to Telecom, Media & Technology.
Entrepreneurial mindset to tackle ambiguous problems and drive resolution.
Strong relationship-building with leaders and cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and oral English communication; ability to adapt messaging.

Responsibilities

Lead identification and mitigation of ethics and compliance risks across client service in relevant practices.
Oversee day-to-day E&C monitoring across Telecom, Media & Technology projects; ensure contractual and guardrail compliance.
Support development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and reporting on E&C risks.
