Job summary

Robinhood is seeking an experienced Ethics & Compliance Lead to build and oversee the Ethics Office and Integrity Helpline. You will guide conflicts of interest and support investigations into potential policy or regulatory violations, partnering with legal, compliance, and business teams.

This in-person role is based in Menlo Park, CA (with options in New York or Washington, DC) and requires bringing strong integrity, judgment, and communication to a fast-moving finance environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Compliance and Ethics Officer.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Financial services experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee the Ethics Office and Integrity Helpline, including triaging reports and investigations into potential violations.
• Provide guidance on the Code of Conduct and conflict of interest matters, including gifts, entertainment, and outside business activities.
• Partner with legal, compliance, people, and business teams to manage Ethics Office initiatives, policies, and training programs.
• Create communications and training content to increase awareness of ethical standards and compliance requirements across the company.
• Monitor program effectiveness, assess compliance risks, benchmark the program against industry standards, and report to leadership and the Board.
