Job summary

Nleague Services Inc is seeking an Internal Affairs Specialist to support the Indiana Department of Child Services' Internal Affairs Director and Investigator. You will handle data log requests, case management, interview scheduling, and document proofreading to support the unit's mission of detecting misconduct and ensuring integrity of state resources.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, strict confidentiality, and the ability to work under supervision while exercising

Qualifications

• Experience in law enforcement or investigative work is preferred.
• Experience as paralegal or knowledge of investigative procedures is acceptable.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Perform data log requests and manage case files.
• Schedule interviews and assist during investigations.
• Proofread and edit investigation reports.
• Assist with maintaining the investigation portal and electronic file system.
• Compile evidentiary materials for investigations.
