Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking a Team Leader, AP Services to oversee ETF order taking and settlement, while supporting fund launches and managing Authorized Participant relationships. The role is deeply operational and collaborates with multiple BBH teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in financial services, strong client servicing skills, and a solid understanding of ETFs, corporate actions, and market mechanics.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree (business/finance/accounting concentration is preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of financial services experience.
• Experience in client service, trade operations or ETF operations preferred.
• Prior experience working in a client servicing focused environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise assignments and work quickly and accurately in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Technical proficiency in internal/web-based systems a plus.
• Knowledge of corporate actions, equity, fixed income, derivatives and emerging markets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ETF primary market execution from order placement to settlement.
• Manage Authorized Participant relationships and client servicing for ETF clients.
• Coordinate and participate in client/AP meetings and deliverables.
• Identify ways to improve productivity and efficiency to enhance client experience.
• Oversee daily ETF operational workflows and related processes.
• Collaborate with ETF Product, Relationship Management, Risk, Custody, Accounting, Transfer Agency, and Trade Management teams.
