Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• Equivalent leadership experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 10+ years in semiconductor equipment, with 3+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2+ Equipment Engineers and technicians across multiple tool sets.
• Drive safety, quality, yield, and cost improvements through structured problem-solving (5Y, 8D, FMEA).
• Ensure equipment uptime and process stability via preventive maintenance and data-driven decisions.
• Oversee capital projects, tool upgrades, and installation for new/relocated equipment.
• Mentor engineers on vendor relationships and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with Process, Facilities, EHS, and Operations leadership to align priorities.
• Maintain strong KPIs for tool availability, MTBF, PM compliance, and costs.
