You will collaborate with EES, process engineering, quality, test and manufacturing, leading maintenance programs and root-cause investigations. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in wafer processing equipment, strong RF and vacuum knowledge, and proven problem-solving and leadership abilities within a cross-functional setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience working on wafer processing equipment or related work.
• Strong communication and leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in RF systems and vacuum technologies used in semiconductor tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot to root cause using data-driven methods.

Responsibilities

• Drive safe, high-quality equipment team performance.
• Maintain communications between EES, process engineering, quality, test and manufacturing for tool availability.
• Lead improvements on equipment and process roadblocks using data-driven methods.
• Influence cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes through collaboration.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and new maintenance concepts.
• Identify chronic issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
