Coherent in Sherman, TX is seeking an experienced Equipment Reliability Engineer to own semiconductor equipment throughout its lifecycle. You will support legacy and next-gen platforms, driving reliability and readiness for production.

Responsibilities include leading complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and implementing sustainable corrective actions. You will guide maintenance strategies, collaborate with OEMs, and support capital projects to enhance manufacturing performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent.
• Military technical training with related degree meets requirement.
• Equivalent combination of technical education and semiconductor equipment experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own assigned semiconductor equipment lifecycle as technical owner.
• Lead troubleshooting of complex electrical, mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic, motion control, and automation issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Minimize downtime while improving OEE and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership to Equipment Technicians.
• Support equipment installations, relocations, upgrades, and startups.
• Develop and maintain engineering standards and lifecycle documentation.
