Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new leads and close deals.
  • Prepare precise and competitive estimates for residential construction projects.
  • Build detailed proposals and quotes based on labor, material, and equipment needs.
  • Represent ADM with professionalism and confidence to homeowners, architects, and contractors.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain a pulse on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure seamless project handoff and execution.
  • Provide top-tier customer service, managing client expectations and addressing concerns.
  • Deliver regular sales reports, project updates, and forecasting insights to the leadership team.
  • Manage multiple active projects and leads with strong organizational discipline.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in residential construction sales and estimating.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, labor costs, and project scope.
  • History of exceeding sales goals and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in estimating and documentation tools (e.g., Google Sheets, CRM software).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor, with the ability to work independently and on a collaborative team.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at various stages.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
