Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To: Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new leads and close deals. Prepare precise and competitive estimates for residential construction projects. Build detailed proposals and quotes based on labor, material, and equipment needs. Represent ADM with professionalism and confidence to homeowners, architects, and contractors. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Maintain a pulse on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure seamless project handoff and execution. Provide top-tier customer service, managing client expectations and addressing concerns. Deliver regular sales reports, project updates, and forecasting insights to the leadership team. Manage multiple active projects and leads with strong organizational discipline. Qualifications:

5+ years of proven experience in residential construction sales and estimating. Strong understanding of construction materials, labor costs, and project scope. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional demeanor, with the ability to work independently and on a collaborative team.
