Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new leads and close deals.
  • Prepare precise and competitive estimates for residential construction projects.
  • Build detailed proposals and quotes based on labor, material, and equipment needs.
  • Represent ADM professionally to homeowners, architects, and contractors.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with project managers for seamless project handoff and execution.
  • Provide excellent customer service, managing client expectations and concerns.
  • Deliver sales reports, project updates, and forecasts to leadership.
  • Manage multiple projects and leads with strong organizational skills.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in residential construction sales and estimating.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, labor costs, and project scope.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and developing client relationships.
  • Proficiency with estimating and documentation tools (e.g., Google Sheets, CRM).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor, ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and solutions focus.
