BELFOR is seeking an Estimator in Troy, MI to join our residential, commercial, and industrial teams. This is the second level in our Estimating track, awarded after completing BELFOR training tasks.

You will meet with clients, develop accurate estimates with Xactimate, manage jobs to completion, review budgets, and communicate progress to clients and management. This role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop accurate estimates.
• Must understand building codes.
• Strong client communication skills.
• Experience with insurance adjusters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to develop quality estimates.
• Create floor plans in Xactimate Sketch.
• Ensure budgets are realistic and on track.
• Review invoices and job costs monthly.
• Maintain safety and professional conduct.
