Job summary

Crane Company is seeking a skilled sales estimator in California to quote prices, terms, and project costs for customers while gathering detailed project information and maintaining profitability. You will collaborate across departments to ensure accurate quotes and timely responses.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/engineering/sales and at least two years in construction or related estimation, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for bonus programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, technical/engineering, or sales/marketing
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the construction or related field estimation industry or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Quote all prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications per CryoWorks policies.
• Maintain constant communication with key stakeholders, internal & external, while in and out of the office.
• Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms.
• Compute customer installation or production costs and estimate savings for new services, products, or equipment.
• Select or assist customers in selecting products based on needs, specifications, regulations, and safety.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
• Process orders and submit purchasing requests for non-stocked items.
