Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Estimator Project Manager for our San Antonio, TX area. You will estimate project costs, manage schedules, coordinate logistics, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications.

You will work closely with clients, conduct site inspections, manage project phases, and uphold quality control and safety standards across all paving and construction activities. A strong background in construction estimating and project management is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects.
• Strong skills in inspection and ensuring quality control throughout project execution.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant project management and construction estimating software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Estimate costs for construction projects and prepare detailed bids.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate logistics to meet deadlines.
• Oversee site inspections and quality control throughout execution.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure client specs are met.
