Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management and/or estimating.
• Strong understanding of construction, facilities, or service-based project workflows.
• Proficiency with estimating software and project management tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and technical documents.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Manage full project lifecycle from kickoff through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met.
