Services By J National LLC is seeking a driven Project Manager/Estimator to join our San Antonio team. In this dual-role, you will lead bids, manage projects from kickoff to completion, and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery for our clients.

You will collaborate with subcontractors and field crews, gather data for estimates, review contracts, and maintain clear client communication to manage expectations from bid to closeout. This role thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management and/or estimating in a related industry.
• Strong understanding of construction, facilities, or service-based project workflows.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and technical documents.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Prepare accurate project estimates, bids, and proposals for new and existing clients.
