Jobot is seeking an Estimator Project Manager based in Houston, TX. You will estimate costs for construction projects, manage schedules, coordinate logistics and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to client specs.

This role requires collaboration with clients, site inspections, phase expediting, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience in construction estimating and project management, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating.
• Proficiency in project management, planning, executing and overseeing projects.
• Strong skills in inspection and quality control throughout execution.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in project management and construction estimating software.
• Previous experience in construction or paving industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field is a plus.
