Services By J National LLC is seeking a driven Project Manager/Estimator to join our San Antonio team. In this dual-role, you will lead bids, manage projects from kickoff to completion, and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery for our clients.

You will collaborate with subcontractors and field crews, gather data for estimates, review contracts, and maintain clear client communication to manage expectations from bid to closeout. This role thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management and/or estimating in a related industry.
• Strong understanding of construction, facilities, or service-based project workflows.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and technical documents.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate project estimates, bids, and proposals for new and existing clients.
• Manage full project lifecycle from kickoff through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data for accurate estimating.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep work on schedule.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project.
• Review contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
