Job summary

Pave America is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager in Indiana to estimate costs for asphalt and concrete projects and manage bids from start to finish. The role includes budgeting, analysis of performance reports, and coordinating field operations to ensure timely, on-budget project completion.

The base salary range is $80,000-$100,000, with commission; road construction experience is preferred. A professional demeanor and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Must be able to work within multiple computer systems.
• An Associate's Degree or higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Estimate the cost of new asphalt and concrete projects and repairs.
• Analyze depth and product requirements of customer plans or requests.
• Gather contact and contract data for billing and contract purposes.
• Provide detailed reports with breakdowns of project costs.
• Meet with customers within 24 hours of receiving leads.
• Communicate with customers professionally.
• Prepare and submit bids and generate quotes for various clients.
• Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to schedule work and manage change orders.
