Sipes Asphalt Solutions LLC, based in Indiana, is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to lead cost estimation for asphalt and concrete projects and manage bids from proposal through project closeout.

You will gather plans, analyze requirements, prepare detailed cost reports, meet clients within 24 hours of leads, coordinate with subcontractors, and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the business. The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.

Formación

• Prior experience in road construction, paving, or concrete is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Must be able to work within multiple computer systems.
• An Associate's Degree or higher is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Estimates the cost of new asphalt and concrete projects and any repairs to roadways and driveways.
• Analyzes depth and product requirements from customer plans or requests.
• Gathers contact and contract data for billing and contract purposes.
• Provides detailed cost reports and bid breakdowns.
• Meets with customers upon receiving leads within 24 hours.
• Identify and pursue potential sales leads and opportunities.
• Manage projects from bidding phase through to project closeout and billing.
• Prepare and submit bids and generate quotes for various projects.
