Qualifications

• Prior experience in road construction, paving, or concrete is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Must be able to work within multiple computer systems
• An Associate's Degree or higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Estimate costs for asphalt and concrete roadways and driveways.
• Analyze depth and product requirements of plans or requests.
• Gather contact and contract data for billing and contracts.
• Provide detailed reports that include breakdowns of project costs.
• Meet with customers within 24 hours of receiving leads.
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner.
• Participate in required industry training and development.
• Assist with corporate marketing initiatives.
• Identify and pursue potential sales leads and opportunities.
• Manage projects from bidding phase through closeout and billing.
• Prepare and submit bids.
• Generate quotes for various projects (Property Management, HOA, Commercial/ Retail).
