The role oversees budgets and schedules, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, and partners with customers and subcontractors to drive projects from bidding through closeout.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating costs for asphalt/concrete projects to prepare competitive bids.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience working with multiple computer systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate the cost of new asphalt and concrete projects and any repairs.
• Analyze depth and product requirements from customer plans or requests.
• Gather contact and contract data for billing and contracts.
• Prepare detailed reports with cost breakdowns for projects.
• Meet with customers promptly after leads are received and communicate professionally.
• Participate in industry training and development.
• Identify and pursue sales leads and opportunities.
• Manage projects from bidding through closeout and billing, including bids and quotes.
• Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to schedule work and manage change orders.
